The helicopter has flown in the late 60s in the HG-31 (Hubschraubergeschwader-31 - Wertoljot Polk-31)
in the NVA (Nationale Volks Armee) of the DDR/GDR.
The Colours are Xtracolor 202 for underside and the green is White Ensign Models Paint "AMT-4".
